1. Acceptance

By using Frolic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Frolic is a party coordination platform that helps organisers collect activity preferences and payments from attendees. Frolic is not a venue operator and does not guarantee activity or venue availability.

3. Fees

Frolic charges a platform fee of 2.5% on all payments processed through the platform. This fee is deducted automatically from funds transferred to organisers. Stripe's standard payment processing fees also apply and are separate from Frolic's fee.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Frolic does not store card details. Organisers are responsible for fulfilling the activities and experiences they advertise to attendees.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to the event organiser. Frolic's 2.5% platform fee is non-refundable once a payment has been processed.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Victorian law, Frolic's liability is capped at the total fees paid by you to Frolic in the 12 months preceding the claim. Frolic is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
