Frolic ("we", "us", "our") operates thefrolic.app. We are subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We collect name, email address, and payment information when you RSVP to or organise an event. We also collect activity preferences and expense data you voluntarily provide.
Your information is used solely to coordinate your event, process payments, and communicate about your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored with Supabase (Sydney region, Australia). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Both services maintain industry-standard security and are subject to their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@thefrolic.app.
We use minimal session cookies required for functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. We do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent.
